What I mean was the alighting bay is full, however, instead of waiting outside, the front bus simply enter via the other lane into BNL and simply park besides another bus who's still dropping off it's load.

But that also bring me to some driver busy waiting outside, regardless of how long the queue is. If they have implemented a system to assist the flow, BNL wouldn't be a problem, same for Woodlands. It's hard for buses in Woodlands to have faster alighting, even if there's no Bendy. You only have 2.5 Lane, the space is somewhat limited, how to even make alighting fast? At least for sure, the waiting time isn't long as there's 3 mixed model inside.

You can go see Hougang interchange, lucky the # of service isn't high, otherwise there would be jams. Now, there's even a little problem in the flow already, buses have to queue and wait to park, same as Bedok.
