Seriously, the traffic condition at Woodlands Centre can move slow. 911 turns out from St13 to further more with only down to 5-6 buses running after 7, and high demand, obviously the frequency would be badly affected.
There's more vehicles during peak hours running, and there's no traffic, how to turn out fast? No traffic to give direction unlike 856/913/912, you tell me how doesn't it's delay?
