Even if you have double articulate on the bendy bus(3 compartment),
or even triple decker bus, when your people don't move, it's
useless.
And don't think DD would benefits more than bendy bus~ when poeple refuse to go up to the bus, the lower deck sure is packed. Upperdeck? Empty (:
