90% Car fault, 10% bus driver fault firstly..

90% Car Fault :
1) Driver was speeding, you can hear the increase boost when the car is getting nearer to the bus
2) Driver somewhat ignore the right blinkers of the bus
3) Reckless driving also, only signal the left blinkers when it's turning left~

10% Bus Driver Fault :
1) Driver never really notice the car(which actually I don't think it's the case)

So the overall would still be the car driver fault, not the bus driver.
